This particular teak furniture will be delivered in a knocked down (KD) form in a flat box to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. There are typically three to five sub-assembled sections that require a simple assembly process once you open the box. All special tools like allen wrenches will be provided.

Our Teak is primarily knot free and maintains a uniformity in grain and color. Our teak has been properly kiln-dried for low wood moisture content so that the milled parts will hold their shape over time without warping. Ensuring that it is the best available teak on the market (Grade A). Our teak wood contains high density levels of the natural oils and resins that make teak wood such an outstanding material for use in the construction of outdoor furniture.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Teak furniture purchased from Teak Furniture WS will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Period! Our teak comes with a 3-year warranty with normal wear of the teak and hardware. This does not include Commercial purchases.

• Defects are defined as imperfections that impair the use of your teak furniture.
• This guarantee does not apply to any cases of normal wear and tear of the furniture.
• Normal wear and tear is defined as the normal deterioration caused by regular use of the furniture.
• Checking, or small cracking, of the teak wood is a normal and natural occurrence that should be expected during normal use.
• This guarantee does not cover any damage or loss or condition that is beyond the control of Teak Furniture WS including but not limited to cases of unauthorized repair, improper assembly, modifications after purchase, improper use, infestation, negligence, misuse, vandalism, wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquake or any other similar acts of God.
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the teak furniture with proof of purchase.

Teak Furniture WS reserves the right to repair or replace any piece that is covered under the terms of this guarantee. Repair or replacement may involve Teak Furniture WS providing parts directly to our customer where applicable. Teak Furniture WS will, at its expense, ship any piece of teak furniture back to our facility in cases where Teak Furniture WS determines that the repair or replacement cannot be completed by our customer with parts supplied by Teak Furniture WS.

Our customer must first call us toll free at 800-510-TEAK (8325) to notify us of any potential problem. We may ask that photos be provided to us via email where possible so that we can determine the extent of the defect and the corrective action that is most prudent.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Teak Furniture WS, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Teak Furniture WS will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Teak Furniture WS. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Teak Furniture WS. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Teak Furniture WS Return Procedure will be breached and Teak Furniture WS will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Teak Furniture WS will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Teak Furniture WS charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Teak Furniture WS prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ANY LOGO UMBRELLA IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
